Coach Monique first began using meditation, relaxation training, and thought awareness exercises for her own personal use 15 years ago. Because it had such a positive effect on her day-to-day life, she became trained to teach others.

Her interest in meditation, relaxation training, and thought awareness also grew to include EQ (Emotional Intelligence) and Energy Psychology.

In the past 10 years, she has had formal training in several specific fields and has taken dozens of seminars, courses and workshops in a variety of related fields. In 2007, she became certified as an Emotional Intelligence Life Coach through CEO Partnerships, Inc.

Coach Monique strongly believes in pursuing continued education to stay current with tools, information, and techniques in order to best support her clients. Utilizing skills and knowledge from all of her experience, education, and training, she has developed easy-to-learn and easy- to-use techniques, programs and seminars that produce rapid results and can be beneficial to nearly everyone, regardless of age.

Larry DeMonaco


Larry DeMonaco is a seasoned global resource expert who brings a balanced approach to coaching and consulting. He began his career as an employment specialist more than 35 years ago with GE Company. During his career at GE, he worked in a variety of positions before becoming Senior VP of Global Human Resources for the Services Business of GE. He was one of 25 individuals chosen out of 6000 applicants to join the GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program.

Throughout his career at GE, his expertise grew to include diverse experiences. He opened GE businesses in 42 countries around the world, focusing not only on leadership, but staff and processes as well. There were solid relationships built through union relations and grievances mediation. Larry excelled in assessments of people and the importance of strategic imperatives to improve processes. He provided cultural assessments, and employee empowerment programs, leadership assessments and development, as well as identified and implemented development plans for high potential employees to pursue dual career paths.

Larry worked with other high level executives to implement the GE Workout Program© aimed at helping the business to streamline efficiencies and weed out bureaucracy and extraneous work that was no longer necessary. Through this 18 month process, the business was able to shift focus on the three to five strategic imperatives that were necessary to increase productivity and empower employees to propose even more positive changes.

After leaving GE Capital, Larry continued his career as an executive coach and consultant with offices in both Stanford, Connecticut and Naples, Florida, and has since relocated to Pittsburgh. Some of his private clients included 3M, Readers’ Digest Asia, Pitney Bowes, Florida Railroad, and the United Way. But, he has also worked with smaller organizations in helping them grow to the next level.

Because of his career working with GE, he understands how large companies function, but he also brings invaluable insights and focus as to how vital talent is to the success of any size company. Whether you are a giant like GE, or a smaller company wanting to be competitive in today’s global market; efficiency, streamlining business and aligning strategy with strong leadership and workforce development are keys to success.

Heather Braham

National Trainer

Heather Braham brings 20 years of diverse training expertise to our practice. Her training career began in U.S. Air Force as a fuel specialist, where she was responsible for training airmen on proper management and distribution of high-explosive substances. During her Air Force career, she trained new paramedics in rapid, life-saving techniques and the importance of compliance, documentation and process.

Upon entering civilian life, she became a national trainer for Med Express. She trained thousands of new hires and opened numerous clinics in 11 states. In this role, Heather’s expertise grew in customer service, critical conversations, leadership, positive workplace behaviors, team building, effective communication styles, clinical and administrative processes.

Heather is a certified Department of Transportation UDS/BAT trainer.  In this role, she trains and certifies medical personnel to perform DOT-UDS/BAT testing.

Heather is a high-energy dynamic trainer with a flair for making training sessions engaging and fun.
