Insurance does not cover any coaching programs.
What is the difference between counseling/therapy and life coaching?
Counseling/therapy typically focuses on the past and identifying or labeling the client’s feelings and behaviors. It is not uncommon for those in counseling/therapy to experience things getting worse before they begin to get better.
Life coaching is very forward facing and does not include a lot of focus on the past. Instead the focus is on transformation through education and helping you to make the changes necessary to getting you focused on today and the future. My clients often report feeling better and doing better after with the first session.
Do you guarantee the privacy of my information?
Absolutely! Coach Monique & Associates guarantees never to share your information. All client information is kept secure and confidential.
What can I expect from coaching?
Coaching with me consists of powerful conversations. I will ask you questions in a way that is deep and thought provoking. This helps you to understand how you view things, how you are holding yourself back or sabotaging yourself, what your blocks are, and to make meaningful connections. You will then begin to see things more clearly and have a more objective balanced insights. You will then learn the tools, techniques, and strategies to move forward in a powerful way to make the changes and meet your goals.

I work with clients all over the United States and the world and often never meet them in person.
