Founder & CEO
Coach Monique is an internationally-trained, multi-certified Emotional Intelligence Life Coach, Executive Coach, Leadership Coach, Employee Training & Development Expert, and Rapid Transformational Therapy Hypnotherapist based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Monique has over 20 years of experience working as a coach with women-owned and family-owned businesses, leaders, and executives looking to empower employees and maximize performance, productivity, and profits, as well as individuals who are simply seeking to overcome struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low confidence, and relationship issues.
Monique is deeply passionate about family, travel, and helping people become the best version of themselves. Monique often says that in addition to her family, which includes her four sons, daughter-in-law, and grandson, helping her clients overcome their emotional challenges and Unlock Bold Change™ in their lives is her life's greatest purpose.
Olivia Rubican
Marketing & Operations Manager
Olivia Rubican joined Coach Monique in July of 2021 as the Marketing & Operations Assistant, and has since expanded her roles. Today, she plays a crucial part in daily business operations.
In 2020, she graduated from CCAC with an Associate’s Degree and plans to continue her education in the coming years. With a keen interest in environmental studies, she aspires to pursue a career in natural resource conservation.
She is frequently referred to as Monique's "Right Hand Woman," and has thoroughly enjoyed the three years she's spent working alongside Coach Monique.
