Oh no…it’s my birthday.

Maybe your birthday is coming up. Maybe it passed a few months ago. Either way, you don’t feel like you’re growing. Year after year, you tell yourself “this is my year,” but nothing ever really changes. You feel stuck – in your life, in your career, in your relationship, or all of the above.

I’ve been there. There was a time in my life where day-in and day-out I was simply going through the motions. I was letting my life happen to me. I wasn’t living for any specific purpose. It felt like life was a blur. Time was passing me by and it felt like I was standing still. I gave it time and slowly but surely, things started to change. I got remarried and started a beautiful family. I went back to college and felt like I was getting a second chance. From the outside looking in, my life looked like a wonderful life. The punchline? I wasn’t happy.

It didn’t matter if I was “better off” than I was in the past. It was ME that was the issue, not my circumstances. So, at the age of 30, I began a ten-year quest of inner work. I learned what it meant to be confident, successful and happy. During those ten years, I worked on myself like a full-time job with conventional “talk therapy,” mediation, a wide variety of programs and seminars. You name it, I did it.

The good news? You don’t NEED ten years! Over those ten years, I tried it all and did all of the research so that I can sit here so many years later confident in the fact that I can help you (in a much shorter time span)! Stop living the same year over and over again. Make this year YOUR YEAR. It’s time to Unlock Bold Change™ and start living the life you’ve always dreamed of because you deserve it.

Cheering you on always,

Monique
